Message from the President

Through the LCAWL, we are devoted to recognizing women’s accomplishments in the legal field and providing our members with outstanding continuing education opportunities, and networking events.

We aim to stay true to this mission while bringing innovation within these areas as well – always keeping you informed of any updates or advancements made here at LCAWL.

LCAWL’S DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION POLICY

The Lee County Association for Women Lawyers is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our members are the most valuable asset that we have. The collective sum of our individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities, and talent are the foundation of our organization.

We embrace and encourage our members’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our members unique. We will make every effort to implement and enforce this policy in our organization.
